During this workshop, I invite you to experience the magical combination of cacao and Tantra.

A cacao ceremony celebrates the sacred and healing powers of cacao. It has a rich history among indigenous cultures, and it has been used spiritually, medicinally, and ceremonially for over 3,000 years.

The Maya called it the Cacao Spirit; a feminine, gentle, loving energy. It allows you to connect deeply with your body and feelings, opens your heart, and brings self-love and compassion. 

Through authentic Tantra exercises – such as meditation, visualization, connection exercises, and dance – space is created to let your life-force energy flow freely through your body and celebrate life!

Program:

• Walk-in: 13:45

• Ceremony: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Tea and healthy, grounding snacks are provided!

Location: Rotterdam (exact address will be emailed later)

Necessary:

• Comfortable clothing in which you can move comfortably

•(Optional) journal and pen

The medicinal effects of cacao are optimal when you stop eating solid food three hours beforehand. During the ceremony, healthy snacks will be provided to ground you. Ceremonial cacao is a plant medicine, but not a tripping agent or hallucinogen. So it is accessible and safe for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, let me know, and we will take that into account with the dosage!
