The Meditation Ritual is a monthly ritualistic evening full of presence, warmth & connection. An individual practice, but not alone – as a community. A kind of meditation class deluxe; on top of the guided meditations there are talks, sharings & group exercises on a specific monthly topic – viewed from Buddhist tantra. These evenings deepen your relationship with your inner world, and allow you to return home in relaxation & full connection.
